Hi, I'm Christmas. Will you marry me?

I'm seriously considering changing my name to Christmas, for at least a day.

It'd be so pleasing to hear everybody telling everyone to marry me. "Marry Christmas". Merry and marry are the same thing. If I'm Christmas, then the only way to merry me would be to marry me.

December 25 has always been an important day for me. It's the blessed day when the most wonderful, amazing, selfless lady was born. Yes, it's my mother's birthday. This year, the day is even more special for me.

1. Ammi's 25th Birthday.
2. Christmas.
3. Pakistan-India Cricket series starts today!

And yes, I haven't welcomed the new followers. So here we go:

100th POST. 300 FOLLOWERS.

I wrote this poem for a friend a couple of months ago. Posting it again.
I'd like to take a moment to thank all my followers for being so wonderful. You guys are the best!

What is thy life; Utter confusion.
Decades of ignorance shattered by a moment of realization!

What is the truth and what is nought,
Thou knowest not what you've sought!

What is thy life; Constant intrusion.
Strangers invading thy life and stimulating repulsion.

Thou know'st thy worth, thy estimate.
Then why do thee hesitate?

It's thy life, thy destiny, thy fate,
Don't care about their curses and hate.

Now wipe thy nose and cease to cry,
Forget about the gravity and fly!

Please read this post if you want to waste your time.

Hi friends,

Lately I've been feeling quite reflective. Thinking a lot about life, religion, people and the universe. People believe to think about such things is weird, unorthodox, unhealthy. And in a way they are not wrong; When you've got things like bread, jobs, education to worry about it is foolish to waste time pondering about life, religion and the universe.

But then to quote my grandfather,'Roti tou kutta ve khanda aye.' (Even the dog eats bread), there must be something behind our creation, our existence. Nothing exists without a cause. What's our cause?

I disagree with many norms of this world. For instance, I do not agree with the world's definition of education. What they call education, is all about getting degrees, grades and jobs. It's all about learning how to be a good slave. I believe that there is a huge difference between information and education. We are getting information, not education. And most of us confuse information with education.

I know I'm incoherent. Kiya karoon yaar.
